| Information on Anglo-Virtual Aviation: Anglo-Virtual Aviation is a British freeware organisation that takes pride in creating virtual flying examples of the worlds best aircraft for you to enjoy, free of charge. Our dedication and experience with freeware products has steadily been growing since this site formed in 2001 and our commitment to quality is now well recognised within the Flightsimming community. CFS2/FS2000:-Our CFS2 RAF Gulf Trio 1991 jet pack was selected by the world’s favourite flight simulation magazine; PC PILOT , to feature in their Nov/Dec 2004 edition of the magazine under the title ‘Freeware Gems’ - with the aircraft pack included in the free CD supplied. Also for CFS2, our 6 Squadron 90th Anniversary SEPECAT Jaguar , was developed in conjunction with the real RAF 6 Squadron Association newsletter and the squadron itself after their approval of the package and aircraft. The aircraft and this website were included in their September squadron newsletter. Anglo-Virtual Aviation was proud to produce this 90th Anniversary aircraft in honour of a truly remarkable RAF unit. FS2002/2004:- Since taking on more designers and upgrading our systems in 2004, we have now moved into creating aircraft for the hugely popular Flight Simulator 2002 & 2004. With the enhanced graphics and visuals capability these sims have this enables us to produce even higher quality aircraft. One of our first downloads created was an EE Lightning pack by designer Andrew Stokes this achieved over 10,000 downloads on Simviation.com in the first week alone an prompted us to release a special ‘Thank you’ Lightning! Designer Ed Snoad’s first foray into FS2002/04 came in the form of MD Phantom F4 of 74 Squadron, RAF. This was soon regarded as one of the finest if not THE finest freeware RAF example of the type yet published. Praise came from all around, including lots from former RAF employees. But we wont stop here! Anglo-Virtual Aviation is committed to producing more of the same high quality aircraft for your free enjoyment. If you are unsatisfied with any AVA aircraft please email us with your views you are the best improver of our services! Praise For AVA Aircraft: FS02/04 EE Lightning pack:- “Hi Guys Just a quick thank you for providing a 1st class flight (nostalgia) experience, as a young boy I watched my father (now deceased), a tech with 92 squadron at RAF Gutersloh, Germany working on these fantastic and often overlooked aircraft! Imagine my delight when looking for a decent lightning to fly (any type) I found the (90 blue, as they were sometimes called)) markings! All I need to complete the experience is to retexture them in an F2a (similar to f6) type as at the turn of the 60's into the 70's the squadron flew f2a's! Many, many thanks!” Neil Latimer FS02/04 Hawker Hunter T7 ‘Blue Diamonds’:- “Hi Ed, One of my mates has just pointed me in the direction of a file including my Hunter with your aforementioned diamonds paints, and I have to say I think it’s a great job. I am really happy that you chose her to work on and that you’ve done such a nice job on her. The start of a great friendship! If I can be of any assistance just let me know, Thanks again mate!” Dano @ TLUK Design FS02/04 RAF F4 Phantom, 74 Squadron:- “Dear AVA, At last, a decent looking RAF F4! Well done! I'm really impressed with the high-speed flight characteristics of your aircraft, which as far as I can tell are as near to reality as you can get. Once again - well done a superb F4 at last. Maybe with a few tweaks you will get it perfect! Best regards” Nick Harris O/C Operations RAF Virtual "Dear AVA, I worked as a fighter control assistant in the RAF and some of my best memories are of 23 sqn/1435 flight f4s in the Falklands. The pilots were certifiable!. Watching an f4, gear and tail hook down, bounce its gear off a radome at approaching stall speed is a memorable occasion. There were 4 f4s at mount pleasant in 88 and 89 named Faith, Hope, Charity and despair or, as a west Indian colleague of mine christened it de spare as it was routinely cannibalised to keep the other 3 going. Keep up the good work. Dave "Meat" Phillips” RAF Retired
"Dear AVA, WOW ! flying the F4J Phantom is the most fun I think I've had with my clothes on ! Many thanks for creating great sim experiences!”

About Our Aircraft Anglo-Virtual Aviation is a freeware organisation of people who love avaition. AVA's Chief Test Pilot is Lee Fox, he performes a set test routine on each of the aircraft we create which incorporates handling, power, airframe limits, altitude tests and stall/engine failure testing. In co-operation with other AVA test pilots he will evaluate the planes faults and correct and improve the whole package. If an aircraft can become unstable under certain conditions, but ok in other areas he will inform the pilot of its limits in the READ ME file included with the plane. In this way the pilot can make up his own mind as to how far he pushes the plane. The completed aircraft are then flown through a final display routine in which AVA's Imager; Dave Millet- will capture pictures of the final plane in realistic scenes. These images are then put in a "Gallery" of accurate images of the aircraft- included in the plane's download file. In this way AVA believes the downloader gets the best preview of the aircraft and its performance before they choose to install it. When AVA was first founded all AVA's aircraft were designed primarily for use in CFS2 - but due to lots of similarities between CFS2 and FS2000, many of the aircraft will probably work O.K in FS2000 - except perhaps; some of the CFS2 designed aircraft Panels. In this case some gauges may not work- but you can always replace them with FS2000 spec versions. You are welcome to use any of our CFS2 aircraft in FS2000 if you prefer - but understand that the planes have had NO testing in FS2000, so dont come to us if you get errors! DISCLAIMER:
